One of our A/C units wasn’t working well. The only call we made was to Besson. They had fixed a problem we had after a renovation project. Tim came to the house, diagnosed the problem and had his team test and fix everything right. This time, Tim came, agreed we had lost Freon and reminded me of the change in regulations that has essentially eliminated the Freon in our unit. We needed a new one. His crew came to the house exactly on time. Two hours later the job was complete! Tough to find good HVAC guys, but Besson is as good as it gets! Thanks again!

We have used Besson several times and have had nothing but good experiences. Most recently our air conditioner stopped working and Besson was there the next morning and fixed our issue right away and for a great price. I highly recommend them!

INSTALL & INITIAL PERFORMANCE Bewsson was contracted in early May to replace our aging central air system, We chose them over two other contractors because they also offered an inside duct sealing service that maximizes system efficiency. This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. The 3 man team were very personable, neat, efficient and explained things clearly as work progressed. If you need a CAC system, call Besson 1st before anyone else ONE YEAR MAINTENANCE After continued excellent performance, it was time for annual maintenance. The Besson team arrived on time and started work on bothe the air handler in attic and outside compressor at the same time.Unlike our previous system where I had to replace filters in the ceiling intake twice a year, this system uses a filter in the air handler which only needs replacing annually. Work completed and system tested in less than an hour. Th maintenance fee was very reasonable.

Five days from calling Besson to having a Daikin mini split 2 unit AC/Heat pump installed. Tim and crew were on time and on point! Clean, professional and neat as a pin. Very competitive pricing. Highly recommended.
